Attached to this page are the following ERDs:
- KineticRequest_CustomerSubmission_ER_V4.png - Customer Submission Data (Base and Answers).
- KineticRequest_TaskEngine_ER.png - Task Engine data (data gathered and how long each Task took to complete).
- KineticRequest_ServiceItem_ER.png - Template Information (templates (or Kinetic forms) meta-data).
- KineticRequest_Task_Universe_ER.pdf - Request Information linked to Task for a Universe design.
For the creation of the Universe you will want to connect the Customers Answers (1) with the Template Information (3). This connection will provide the specific details of the Request (Answers to specific Questions).
As an example we will use an iPad Request Service item.
Note - In the table fields listed below the Database Names are listed on the 2nd line of the 1st row.
The Service Item Definition information would be (KS_SRV_SurveyTemplate):
