Covers the options on the left side of the Service Catalog Console.
Available Options
The options on the left side of the Service Catalog Console deal with options that can be used across service items and service catalogs.
Example of Links:
Configuration, Integration Manager, and Report Manager are only available to Remedy Administrators
KS_BRG_Manager is required to see the Bridge manager link
KS_TSK_Manager is required to see either Kinetic Task manager link
Global Reporting and Report Manager are not shown by default. See the following link for instructions on showing these consoles.
