This guide describes the installation process and requirements for Kinetic Survey™ and Kinetic Request™.

  • This form is used as an Asset Management Tool.
  • This form is an Inner join between the KS_SAMPLE_Asset (Primary) and the KS_SAMPLE_Event (Seconday) forms.  The join criteria uses the instanceId from the KS_SAMPLE_Asset form and joins to the Reference_Id on the KS_SAMPLE_Event form.  This form is used as a source form in the Kinetic Calendar application.
  • This form is used to display/build Associations between two Sources.  The KS_SAMPLE_Association form could be used in order to display Surveys sent from an Incident.  This form is displayed on the Related Items table on the KS_SAMPLE_Incident form.
  • This form is used to display Blackout information.  The KS_SAMPLE_Blackout form could be used by the Kinetic Schedule Application in order to display Blackout Date/Times.
  • This form is used as a Change Management Tool.
  • This form is used to store Task information.  Note that the information stored in this form can be displayed on the KS_SAMPLE_Change and KS_SAMPLE_Blackout form via the Tasks Table field.
  • This form is joined to the KS_SAMPLE_Event form to build the KS_SAMPLE_Compliance_Event_Join form and used as a Source Form in the Kinetic Calendar application.
  • This form is an Inner join between the KS_SAMPLE_Compliance (Primary) and the KS_SAMPLE_Event (Seconday) forms.  The join criteria uses the instanceId from the KS_SAMPLE_Compliance form and joins to the Reference_Id on the KS_SAMPLE_Event form.  This form is used as a source form in the Kinetic Calendar application.
  • This form is used by the Kinetic Task Engine in use with Deferred nodes.  The Defer node is used to stop a tree processing until a trigger is created that sets it's status to Complete.  You will need the token from the instance of the deferred node to identify it for the trigger.
  • This form is joined to the KS_SAMPLE_Compliance form to build the KS_SAMPLE_Compliance_Event_Join form and used as a Source Form in the Kinetic Calendar application.
  • This form is used as an Incident Management Tool.
  • This form is used to store People Information.
  • This form is used to display the Availability of each person.  This form could be used by the Kinetic Schedule Application in order to display the Availability of each person.
  • This form contains details for a Product Library including the Cost of the Product.  The KS_SAMPLE_ProductLibrary form could be used in order to display the Product Cost to the end user before they submit the Request.
  • This form contains both the Parent Region ID along with the Territory Name.  The KS_SAMPLE_Territory form could be used in order to display a list of Territories by Region on a Service Item.
