Selecting Datastore Forms under Space shows all Datastore Forms sorted alphabetically by name. These forms can be filtered by Name and Status to quickly find the Form you're looking for.
Space Admins can quickly create new Datastore Forms by clicking the "Create Datastore Form" button. They can also import a Datastore Form from another environment by clicking "Import Datastore Form".
Options from the drop-down on the right side of each Datastore Form include, Clone, Preview, Builder, and Export Form. Depending on the number of Forms in your Kapp they are broken onto pages with a link on the bottom of the page. The Datastore Form builder works the same way as the Kapp Form builder - that documentation can be found here.
To create a new Datastore Form click the "Create Datastore Form" button. You will be prompted to give the form a name, a slug (or unique identifier for the form) a description (primarily used to describe the dataset for other administrators) and a status (typically leveraged when displaying a list of datastore forms in a bundle, however the status doesn’t affect how the form behaves).
Once you click "Create" you will be taken into the form builder. The Datastore Form builder works the same way as the Kapp Form builder - that documentation can be found here.
The final step in creating a new Datastore form is to assign it Security Permissions and Build Indexes that can be used for querying submissions within the newly created form.
