Overview of the process for integrating Kinetic Survey with other applications within your BMC Remedy® Action Request System (AR System) environment.
Integrating a Remedy form involves the following steps:
- Adding shared fields to your form
- Attaching shared workflow to your form
- Creating simple filters from our examples
After these steps are complete, you can configure the integration on the Author Console. Integrations are data driven and you can have multiple templates integrated to the same form, or the same template with multiple integrations.
The integration process has the same requirements as Kinetic Survey, a minimum Remedy server version of 6.3. Before completing the steps in this guide you must have installed Kinetic Survey. Steps in the guide depend on workflow and forms installed with the application.
This guide is intended for Remedy AR System Administrators. You must have acces to and be able to use either the Remedy Administrator Tool, or Developer Sudio.
